From Living Room to Miracle House Campus
On August 15, 2014, a transformative journey began as Apostle Jeremy and Lady Polly Wallace, along with five starting members, gathered in the living room of a two-bedroom apartment in Birmingham, Alabama. This humble gathering marked the inception of what would soon be known as Friday Night Focus, a pivotal moment that would lead to the birth of The Freedom Center Church.
Incorporation and Birth of The Freedom Center Church:
Following that initial meeting, Apostle Jeremy and Lady Polly, fueled by a shared vision, pooled their resources with the founding members to officially incorporate The Freedom Center Inc.,. Thus, on that historic day, The Freedom Center was born, laying the foundation for a ministry that would become a beacon of transformation and deliverance.
Friday Night Focus: A Catalyst for Growth:
As God’s vision for The Freedom Center Church unfolded, the ministry experienced incredible and miraculous acceleration. Over the next two months, Friday services rotated between the homes of the original five Freedomites. Each gathering saw a surge in attendance, with a sense of excitement and anticipation building with every passing week.
Expanding Capacity and Seeking a Home:
By October of the same year, both Friday night and Sunday morning services were held at full capacity in the homes of Freedomites. The church membership had rapidly grown to nearly two dozen, signaling the need for a more permanent space to accommodate the flourishing ministry. Recognizing the challenge of outgrowing seating constraints, The Freedom Center Church embarked on a search for a suitable building to call its own.
Miracle House Campus: A New Beginning:
Within a month, a providential discovery unfolded – a church building had been located and purchased in Bessemer, Alabama. On November 30, 2014, The Freedom Center Church held its inaugural service at the newly acquired Miracle House Campus. This marked a significant milestone, providing a physical space for the growing community to gather, worship, and continue the journey of faith.
